We will send you a profile of a set of unsponsored children and you can select which child you would like to sponsor. Or you can specify what type of child you are looking for - like boy or girl; what age group etc. then we can make the selction for you.

You can send your donation through ASTI with a note that you would like to sponsor a child from Sevalaya (the name of the child if you have selcted the child). Once we receive the donation, we will send you the details of the child with a photo of the child. The child will write to you, may be once in six months and you can also write back. We tell our donors not to send expensive gifts as the other children will feel bad, if only one child gets something special.

You can sponsor the same child till she/he becomes independent.
