Today,
the Sevalaya community consists of 972 children, 60 senior citizens,
resident wardens, teachers, non-teaching staff, volunteers, the board of trustees,
the advisory committee members and numerous well-wishers from all over
the world
The campus
is self-sufficient in many ways - we grow our vegetables,
tend to the cows at the goshala, take care of the environment
around us and of course we have lots of fun playing games.
The children bring out a manuscript magazine in Tamil named Vidiyal (Dawn ).
